Single Session Consultation

We consult on every topic mentioned on our “about” page as well as inclusive methodology and HR/DEI professional partnerships. LDC partners with organizations in the creation of inclusion strategies, we collaborate on and lead discrimination/harassment “reviews” and investigations; LDC consultants also serve as certified, neutral, third party mediators in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. A single session is preferred in order to determine preferred next steps.
