Welcome.
Latisha has spent her entire career in the arenas of HR/OD and diversity, equity and inclusion. She is passionate about every effort she invests energy and time into.
A world traveler, Latisha has always been interested in culture, photography and writing. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BBA and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
She has since worked in higher education, including her positions as a Senior Investigator and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Culture Officer at the University of Michigan. She’s worked and consulted in various settings including corporate, healthcare, non-profit and government.
She has enjoyed independent consulting since 2011, before starting this business, that is very close to her heart, in 2017. She serves clients in the U.S. and Canada.
