Hosting Dialogues
We host dialogues on topics such as race, power and privilege, women and leadership, political ideology and expression, inclusive practices for people with disabilities in the workplace, etc.
We also facilitate topics on areas that are prevalent and/or unique to a unit, department, or institution. We have lead hundreds of dialogues and workshops with varying themes from availability heuristics, to the science behind our go-to interactions. Facilitating Workshops
Generational Differences: There are now five generations in the workplace; five! This session has been designed to focus on the tendencies of these various groups and gives examples of general manners to interact and engage individuals across generations.
