Hosting Dialogues

​We host dialogues on topics such as race, power and privilege, women and leadership, political ideology and expression, inclusive practices for people with disabilities in the workplace, etc.

We also facilitate topics on areas that are prevalent and/or unique to a unit, department, or institution.

We have lead hundreds of dialogues and workshops with varying themes from availability heuristics, to the science behind our go-to interactions. Our clients have included universities, corporations, health care facilities, ethicists, library professionals, K-12 educators, and non-profit organizations.

Compliance Training/Education

Are you a federal contractor? Are you a startup? Is your organization striving to recruit and retain a more diverse workforce? Facilitating Workshops
​Generational Differences:
There are now five generations in the workplace; five! This session has been designed to focus on the tendencies of these various groups and gives examples of general manners to interact and engage individuals across generations.  We also present various research studies, and incorporate activities for participants.
Implicit Bias in Action:
No one wants to be told that they engage in X-ism behaviors. Implict Bias in Action is a workshop that:
  • Normalizes bias as a starting point
  • Encourages participants to acknowledge their own
  • Discuss ways that bias can be both harmful and helpful
  • Understand when the line is being crossed
  • Makes the topic interesting, engaging, and interactive
A Deep Dive Into Microaggressions:
This session presents the many different levels of microaggressions, research for and against the validity of them, exercises to get participants to think about their experiences with microaggressions, and tools to approach those who engage in them.
Intercultural Savvy:
Intercultural savvy is a workshop geared not only towards conveying that there are many differences across different identities, but introducing techniques to navigate through those differences.

Xenophobia, Discrimination, Racism, and Harassment
